Tannenbaum Helpern Recognized by Chambers Global and Chambers USA

New York, NY, June 6, 2024—Tannenbaum Helpern is pleased to announce that Kenneth M. Block, Co-Chair of the Firm’s Construction & Design practice, Michael G. Tannenbaum, Firm Co-Founding partner, and Securities Enforcement and Litigation partner Cliff Thau have been recognized by Chambers & Partners in the guide’s 2024 rankings. 2024 marks the 16th consecutive year that Ken Block was recognized by Chambers, the third in a row for Michael Tannenbaum in the Hedge Funds category by Chambers Global, and for Cliff Thau, his 16th consecutive year to be included in Chambers USA for Litigation: Securities.

The Firm’s Construction & Design practice was recognized by Chambers USA: New York Construction, now the department’s seventh consecutive year to be rated by the prestigious publication.

Michael brings deep industry experience to each client relationship and is known throughout the U.S. and global investment management industry as a business-oriented and result-driven advisor.

Recent lateral partner in the Firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, Cliff Thau, is widely known for his work in the areas of Securities Litigation and Enforcement and Regulatory and Internal Investigations. His clients include issuers, underwriters, officers, and directors; securities and private equity firms; and Audit and Special Committees, as well as a wide range of public and private corporations and individuals. Prior to joining Tannenbaum Helpern earlier this year, Cliff had recently served as Managing Partner of Vinson & Elkins’ New York office.
