  • Advised an international non-profit with respect to endowment fund investment-related transactions.
  • Assisted a nationally recognized non-profit with respect to its corporate governance procedures, including with respect to its periodic review of corporate documentation (e.g. by-laws and designations of individual authority) for accuracy.
  • Advised a religious institution with respect to its joint venture with a real estate developer in connection with the sale and redevelopment of the institution’s headquarters.
  • Represented a major university’s investment board in connection with its evaluation of potential alternative investments.
  • Advised a nationally recognized non-profit with respect to its acquisition and disposition of significant real estate holdings (including related air rights).
