May, will participate in a panel discussion during the 2023 NYSBA Business Law Section Annual Meeting , “New York + New Year: 2023 Update on Employment Regulations”. The program will be delivered virtually on January 23, 2023.

This panel will address new employment regulations and developments for companies operating in New York, covering topics such as pay transparency law and salary range requirements within job postings, leaves of absence and time off from work, the Department of Labor’s new rule on independent contractors, non-disclosure agreements and arbitration agreements, and COVID compliance.
