Construction of four residential towers in Riverside Center

Tannenbaum Helpern's construction attorneys represented a national real estate developer with its development of four residential towers in three phases in the Riverside Center of Manhattan. Phase I consists of a 38 story tower and a 25 story tower with over 1 million square feet of residential condominium and rental apartments atop a retail/restaurant base; and Phases II and III consist of two residential condominium buildings, each with approximately 500,000 square feet. Tannenbaum Helpern's attorneys assisted the developer in the preparation and negotiation of contracts with the executive architect and three design architects, numerous related professionals and consultants, and the construction manger.
