Biography
Caryn Ettinger-O'Brien is Counsel in Tannenbaum Helpern’s Real Estate practice, specializing in residential real estate. Ms. Ettinger represents sellers and purchasers in all phases of sophisticated residential real estate transactions including cooperatives, condominiums and single-family homes. She also has extensive experience in representing clients in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate transactions.
