Biography
Alexa Zelmanowicz is an associate in Tannenbaum Helpern’s Corporate practice where she advises clients on complex corporate and financing transactions, corporate governance, and business formation. Alexa helps clients negotiate and implement mergers and acquisitions and related transactions across a range of industries and has extensive experience representing food and beverage clients. Her experience in food and beverage distribution includes mergers and acquisitions of distribution companies, the acquisition, sale and exchange of distribution rights, and distribution and supply contracts.
Alexa received her J.D from Hofstra Law School in 2016 where she served as the Research Editor for the Hofstra Labor and Employment Law Journal and was a Civil Procedure Teaching Fellow.
Additionally, Alexa is a member of the Tannenbaum Helpern’s Cybersecurity & Data Privacy practice.
