Michael Coleman
Manager | Hedge Funds Division | Bloomberg LP

Michael Colman manages the Hedge Funds business across the Americas. His team supports the suite of Bloomberg Professional Services that is built on cutting-edge technology and best-in-class data, which provides access to a network of information, people, and ideas. Prior to this role, he held various management positions in Bloomberg’s Electronic Trading division since 2011. He started his career on the Goldman Sachs equity trading desk in 2001. Michael then went on to build out trading at a multi-strategy hedge fund and later spun out to start a long/short equity fund where he oversaw trading and contributed as an investment analyst.


Wayne H. Davis
Partner | Tannenbaum Helpern Syracuse & Hirschtritt LLP

Wayne H. Davis is Chair of Tannenbaum Helpern's Investment Management Practice, Co-chair of Business and Finance and a member of the Firm's Management Committee. Wayne’s practice focuses on advising clients with respect to the formation and ongoing operation of a broad range of private investment vehicles, minority and majority asset manager acquisitions and dispositions, and “upper tier” management arrangements. He is a graduate of Fordham University School of Law (J.D.) and Queens College, City University of New York (B.A.).


Michele Itri
Partner | Tannenbaum Helpern Syracuse & Hirschtritt LLP

Michele Itri is a partner in Tannenbaum Helpern’s Tax Law Practice and focuses on the tax and legal aspects of onshore and offshore investment funds, financial instruments, international transactions, and corporate and real estate transactions. She works closely with clients to structure transactions to achieve the most favorable tax results. Prior to joining Tannenbaum Helpern, Michele was an associate at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison and Dewey Ballantine LLP. She is a graduate of Harvard Law School (J.D.) and Colgate University (B.A.).


Elisa Mailman

Managing Director - Head of Alternatives | Clearbrook

Elisa is a member of Clearbrook’s Investment Research Committee and as Managing Director she assists clients with their portfolios. Her background in Alternatives allows her to bring her Socratic skills to work with clients on how positioning alternatives can work as a risk mitigator and a surrogate to other asset classes.

Before Clearbrook, she was the co-founder and CIO of E Street Management, LLC. She worked closely with the CEO on position sizing and all business matters, including K1 and audit processes, fundraising, and general business management. Before E Street, Elisa was the Director of Research at New Legacy Group, LLC handling the sourcing and monitoring investments in all asset classes. She helped develop New Legacy’s Emerging Manager Fund and implemented their operational due diligence process.
