Real Estate attorney Neil E. Botwinoff hosted an interactive roundtable discussion on lease exit strategies and protecting the downside in the event that a lease is no longer viable. Topics covered key landlord and tenant concerns such as assignments and sublettings and non-disturbance and recognition agreements. The purpose of the discussion was to familiarize commercial leasing brokers with these issues so that they are better able to structure sensible deals for their clients.
