Laura is an associate in Tannenbaum Helpern’s Trusts & Estates, Private Client and Tax-Exempt Organizations practice. Laura assists clients with all aspects of estate planning and administration, including the preparation of wills, trust agreements, and premarital agreements. She has experience in trusts and estates litigation, with an emphasis on representing fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and other related parties in Surrogate’s Court and in mediation. Laura advises clients in connection with non-profit formation, tax exemption, and governance and has experience with a variety of tax-exempt organizations, including private foundations and religious organizations.
