January 6, 2014

New York, NY, January 6, 2014—Tannenbaum Helpern is pleased to announce that George F. du Pont, a partner in its Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice, has been appointed Chair of the E-Discovery Working Group of the New York City Bar Association. The Working Group focuses on e-discovery issues and in May, 2013, published an e-discovery guide for lawyers.

"E-discovery is the one of the biggest challenges in controlling litigation costs," says du Pont. "I am excited to take on the role and to work with fellow members of the Association to find practical solutions to increasingly complex e-discovery challenges," states du Pont.

A skilled litigator, du Pont works on Tannenbaum Helpern's complex commercial and appellate litigation and has deep experience representing clients in state and federal courts.
