In the May issue of Staffing Industry Review magazine, published by Staffing Industry Analysts, Joel Klarreich was quoted on the six things that can keep staffing executives up at night. Klarreich discusses the dangers that lurked in onerous indemnification agreements that can leave staffing firms on the hook for damages, which can be avoided by simply pushing back and recognizing some indemnification clauses that are not a “cost for doing business”.
