For two consecutive years, ALM Media Properties, LLC has named Tannenbaum Helpern Syracuse & Hirschtritt LLP as one of the top ranked law firms in the New York Area. The 2013 list was published in the May 20th issue of New York Magazine. ALM is the publisher of The American Lawyer, New York Law Journal, The National Law Journal, Corporate Counsel and other prominent legal publications.

Tannenbaum Helpern is proud to announce that Paul Sarkozi, a partner in its Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice, has been selected by Chief Judge Jonathan Lippman to serve on the statewide Commercial Division Advisory Council. The goals of the Council are twofold: (1) to advise the Chief Judge on matters relating to the Commercial Division of the Supreme Court of the State of New York and (2) to implement the recommendations outlined in the report of the Chief Judge's Task Force on Commercial Litigation in the 21 st Century.

At Hedgeweek's 2013 Global Awards Ceremony luncheon in London on March 1 st, which only winners were invited to attend, Tannenbaum Helpern was named and recognized as the Best North American Law Firm serving the hedge fund industry. 2013 marks Hedgeweek's fourth annual global awards program that recognizes excellence among hedge fund managers and service providers around the world.

In a patent infringement suit on behalf of Hypoxico Inc., Tannenbaum Helpern and The Law Offices of Roger S. Thompson were pleased to announce that a jury found in favor of Hypoxico and granted significant damages against the defendant, Colorado Altitude Training LLC (CAT).
