This program will provide guidance on key tax considerations for employers when deciding to offer employees equity or phantom equity interests in their partnerships or limited liability companies.  It will address tax consequences for both employer and employee and will cover: profit sharing, capital equity interests, options to acquire equity and phantom equity interests, stock appreciation rights in partnerships or limited liability companies, etc.
