Tannenbaum Helpern's securities law attorney Ralph Siciliano moderated a panel discussion on insider trading in light of the Newman decision at the NYCLA's 2015 Securities Litigation & Regulatory Enforcement Conference. On the panel were Lyle Roberts who represented Mark Cuban in his successful defense against the SEC; Paul Murphy, assistant US attorney in Newark, and Cathy Foti, a partner at Morvillo Abramowitz, the law firm which represented Anthony Chiasson, one of the defendants in Newman.
