Contract Workshops For Owners’ Representatives Spring 2016

Utilizing customized forms of agreements, Tannenbaum Helpern construction partners Kenneth M. Block and Joshua M. Levy will provide an issue-by-issue tutorial, from the owner's perspective, on the key terms of design and construction contracts. The workshop in March will focus on negotiations with design professionals and the June workshop will focus on negotiations with construction managers.

Each seminar is offered on two alternate dates and space is limited to 25 per seminar.
