Tannenbaum Helpern construction attorneys were engaged by a prominent New York City public institution to handle architectural and construction agreements for the renovation of its landmark campus. Tannenbaum Helpern attorneys helped the client prepare a request for proposal (RFP), select and engage a team of architects from a group of global bidders. Subsequently, the Tannenbaum Helpern attorneys worked closely with the client to prepare and negotiate the architect agreement through rounds of discussions and demonstrated their strengths in structuring owner-favorable business, financial and legal terms for the client. Tannenbaum Helpern also advised the client with respect to the RFP for construction management services and developed the form of construction management agreement for the project.
