National Labor Relations Board

Our employment law attorneys represented a client services business with thousands of employees in a National Labor Relations Board investigation based upon the complaints of an employee whose employment was subject to a collective bargaining agreement. The employee alleged that he was acting for the mutual aid and protection of fellow employees, however, we were able to prove to the NLRB that he was acting only in his own self-interest and therefore his complaints fell outside the scope of the NLRB's applicable authority. We also assisted this client in deftly navigating the minefield of compliance with the National Labor Relations Act.
