Appeal of NYS Division of Human Rights’ Decision
Our employment law attorneys represented a large client service business that had been accused by a former employee of discrimination on the basis of his religious beliefs. Although the NYS Division of Human Rights had initially issued a finding of probable cause, our attorneys aggressively appealed the decision and the NYS Division of Human Rights reversed itself and issued a finding of no probable cause.
