Valerie Ben-Or


Valerie Ben-Or is an associate in Tannenbaum Helpern’s Corporate, Capital Formation and Securities Law practice where she advises clients on complex corporate and financing transactions. Valerie’s experience in corporate law is wide-ranging, from corporate restructurings to financings to the sales of private companies and/or their respective businesses. Valerie has represented a diverse range of clients from single member limited liability companies to large public corporations with their corporate and transactional needs. Valerie also advises clients with respect to mergers and acquisitions across the range of industries.

Valerie received her J.D. from Brooklyn Law School in 2008 where she served as a member of the Phi Delta Phi Honors Society and was awarded the Philip K. Yonge Memorial Price for exceptional achievement in Commercial law upon graduation.

Additionally, Valerie is a member of the firm's Cybersecurity Practice Group, advising clients on the risks and legal requirements associated with emerging technological threats.
