Christina Zervoudakis is an associate in the firm’s Financial Services, Private Funds and Capital Markets Department. Her practice includes formation and operation of alternative investment vehicles including U.S. and non-U.S. hedge funds and funds-of-funds. Christina focuses on drafting offering documents for investment funds, drafting and negotiating managed account agreements and placement agent agreements, advising on investment adviser registration and performing other ongoing regulatory and compliance work. Christina advises on complex federal and state laws and regulations governing securities, investment funds and investment advisers including the Investment Company Act of 1940, the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. As part of her practice, Christina also assists clients with securities filings required under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, such as Section 13 and Section 16 filings.
