Practice Description:
Co-founder of the law firm and Chair of the firm’s Financial Services, Private Funds and Capital Markets Group.
Concentration: Securities and futures regulation primarily in connection with private funds, hedge funds and private equity, investment advisers, commodity trading advisers, family offices, related tax matters, swaps and derivatives and corporate transactions (often cross border) involving the foregoing and hedge fund litigation.
