Practice Description:

Shelley Rosensweig is a partner in the firm's Financial Services and Capital Markets Department. She structures and organizes domestic and offshore investment funds (including general equity funds, fund of funds, distressed debt funds, arbitrage funds, hybrid funds and global macro funds). She also advises clients regarding matters which include design, structure and operation of investment portfolios, distribution and marketing issues and commodities, futures and derivatives issues. She also assists clients with seed investments, the formation of managed account platforms and the organization of joint ventures. She advises investment advisory clients regarding investment products and services, SEC, FINRA, CFTC and blue sky regulatory and compliance matters, as well as trading issues and employment matters.
