Harvey J. Platt has been practicing Estate Planning and Trusts and Estates law for more than forty years.   His practice encompasses all aspects of Estate Planning, Estate and Trust Administration, Estate Tax Planning and Litigation, with extensive experience in Estate and Gift Tax audits.   He has worked with individuals and families in the widest range of matters spanning simple to complex Wills, Trusts and sophisticated tax planning including Dynasty Trusts, limited liability partnerships and companies, and family succession plans.   Considered an expert in the field, he has written several books on Estate Planning, including “ Your Living Trust and Estate Plan” (3 Editions) and “ Your Will and Estate Plan:  How to Protect Your Estate and Loved Ones.”   He is a frequent lecturer on the subject of Estate Planning, a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and a member of the Association of the Bar of the City of New York.
