Tannenbaum Helpern’s Wayne Davis representing the firm at CEO Report’s
Corporate Culture Award held at the NFL Experience Times Square on January
24th. Tannenbaum Helpern is a recipient of the 2018 Corporate Culture
Award - TriState. The award honors the best cultured companies who recognize
the importance of building a collaborative workplace with employees who
feel fulfilled and empowered.

Law event on November 15th.

Tannenbaum Helpern’s Maryann Stallone volunteered at the New York
City Bar event on October 20th for the Women in Law Institute. Tannenbaum
Helpern sponsored three students of Maryann’s alma mater Brooklyn Law.

Tannenbaum Helpern’s Ralph Siciliano featured in Sunday, October
22nd’s New York Times Style Section. He was honored at the LSA Family
Health Service gala.

On October 16, Tannenbaum Helpern’s Ralph Siciliano was awarded the
Community Spirit Award at the annual Spirit of East Harlem gala for his
work with LSA Family Health Services which addresses the needs of underserved
families in Harlem.
August 2017
On August 30, Tannenbaum Helpern Syracuse & Hirschtritt co-hosted a
volunteer event at the Ronald McDonald House New York with Morgan Stanley.
Tannenbaum Helpern’s Emma Brady, Ralph Siciliano, & Daniel Soso,
along with volunteers from Morgan Stanley, prepared and served dinner
for 40-45 guests at the Ronald McDonald House.

On June 30, Tannenbaum Helpern Syracuse & Hirschtritt employees participated
in Dress Down Friday to raise money for Doctors Without Borders USA. Stay

Tannenbaum Helpern’s Joel Klarreich (center) and Jason Klimpl (right),
along with TemPositions’ Jim Essey (left), spoke at NYSA’s
Super Seminar Day where they discussed the new and pending legislative
issues that will impact staffing firms. Topics included NYC criminal background
check regulations, workers’ schedules, minimum wage and FLSA overtime laws.

Friday, November 18th, real estate attorney Neil E. Botwinoff was honored at the Sparkling Annual
Gala for Search and Care NY, a charitable organization that assists elderly
people in NYC. The dinner was sold out, with the ballroom at The Metropolitan
Club completely filled with supporters in elegant attire. Neil serves
on the board and has served this charity for many years. Congratulations, Neil!

Tuesday, November 15th, Tannenbaum Helpern held a toast for litigator Michael Rolek, celebrating
his wedding to Nicole on Friday, November 18th. Congratulations to the new couple!

August 2016
This year, the Tannenbaum Helpern team participated in Operation Backpack
by filling even more backpacks than last year. Operation Backpack provides
thousands of backpacks filled with school supplies by grade levels to
children living in the city's homeless and domestic violence shelters
each school year. A special thanks to Christy Combs and Melissa Siegel
for their collection and execution efforts!

Over champagne, cakes and sweets, Tannenbaum Helpern celebrated the retirement
of one of our assistants, Barbara Chickory, Joel Klarreich's 20 year
work anniversary along with his marriage, Josh Levy's five year work
anniversary as well as Brianna Lampert's recent marriage.

Tannenbaum Helpern employees participated in the 40th running of the J.P. Morgan Chase Corporate Challenge on June 1st.

On Tuesday, May 17, 2016, attendees of Tannenbaum Helpern's SpringFest
2016 connected over pool, foosball and ping pong.

With a champagne toast and cake, Tannenbaum Helpern gives a fond farewell
to Arnaldo Sola who manages the firm's file room as he and his family
move to sunny Florida. Thank you Arnaldo for 15.5 years of service and
best wishes.

business owners and mid to senior level women executives from across industries
on March 15th at The Smith Midtown for an evening of casual conversations and networking.

On January 27th, Trusts & Estates attorneys Yolanda Kanes and Judy Benkov spoke at
a DRIVEN Professional's event entitled "Tough Talks" where
they, along with other panelists, discussed how to approach sensitive
topics such as wills, power of attorney, healthcare proxy, estate and
tax planning and much more. The event drew over 80 attendees.
Commercial litigator Maryann Stallone, pictured second from the right,
was named "Woman of the Year" by Festival of Song USA. She is
recognized for her accomplishments and contributions to the Italian-American

December 2015
Tannenbaum Helpern co-hosted an annual
Hedge Fund 2016 event with Bloomberg, discussing the likely trends to affect hedge funds
in 2016. Moderating the panel discussion was Simone Foxman, a hedge fund
reporter with Bloomberg; speakers were Wayne Davis from Tannenbaum Helpern,
Alan Alzfan from RSM US LLP, Ted Gillman from Crito Capital and Yoon Chang
also from Bloomberg.

In a room of aspiring entrepreneurs, Tannenbaum Helpern's Corporate
attorneys Rebecca E. Crosby, David R. Lallouz and James Rieger discussed
the Firm's StartMeUp Program which covers the key legal considerations
in starting any business.

Trusts and Estates attorney Yolanda Kanes spoke at a Manhattan Chamber
of Commerce event on November 10, 2015 discussing estate planning, financial
planning, tax filings, pre-nups, powers of attorney, health care proxies,
life insurance, beneficiary designations, and other topics for Lesbian,
Gay, Bisexual and Transgender couples in a panel entitled:

a 3.5 mile run/walk in Central Park. The monies raised from the Corporate
Challenge benefit nonprofit organizations.

In celebration of Drew Jaglom, Don Prutzman, Jamie Stecher and Andrew
Berger having been with the firm for 15 years, we had ice cream to mark
the occasion!
